FRANCK BRINKHAUS, PhD
CEO & Founder
Franck Brinkhaus, PhD, is an investment banker, board leader and strategic advisor with extensive experience across biotechnology and healthcare. As Founder and CEO of Biotech Alliances International, he advises companies, boards and investors on capital formation, M&A, strategic transactions and long-term enterprise value creation.
His background combines capital-markets experience with senior operating and governance roles, including Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board of a biotechnology company. His transaction experience spans the United States, China, Europe, Canada and Israel.
A dual U.S.–German citizen, Dr. Brinkhaus spent more than 15 years living and working in Silicon Valley. Now based in Miami, he maintains an active presence in Silicon Valley. He holds a Master’s degree and PhD in Economics and FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 registrations.
